Model 231
EMMEGI Spa has complied with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 through the endorsement of an organizational, managerial, and control model. A Supervisory Body has also been appointed to ensure the proper operation and adherence to the Model.
As a fundamental aspect of our model, we have implemented a Code of Ethics that outlines the values and principles guiding EMMEGI’s employees in accomplishing our objectives within their roles and responsibilities.
It comprises a complex network of principles, rules and provisions aimed at establishing a control and monitoring system for sensitive activities to prevent the occurrence of the crimes envisioned by the aforementioned legislation.
The documents available here pertain to the General Part of the aforementioned Model and the Code of Ethics, encompassing values and principles that ought to be founded on the conduct of the Company, its staff, and associates.
